Job Description

We are supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Sevenoaks in their search for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, supportive environment and enjoys playing a key role in a close-knit legal team.

The Team You will join a friendly team of three legal secretaries, providing high-quality support to five fee earners, with the department set to expand further.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to private client fee earners
\t


\t

* Managing diaries, correspondence, and document production
\t


\t

* Preparing and formatting legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
\t


\t

* Handling telephone enquiries and maintaining strong client service standards
\t


\t

* Managing case files, digital dictation, and general office administration
\t


\t

* Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external organisations
\t


\t

* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department
\t




Required Experience & Skills




\t
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client department is essential
\t


\t

* Strong typing and document production skills
\t


\t

* Excellent organisational abilities and keen attention to detail
\t


\t

* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
\t


\t

* Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a busy workload
\t


\t

* Proactive, professional, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
\t
