The Opportunity
Lead our UK creative hub while working in close partnership with our global network of Creative Directors and studio leaders. You'll be part of an international team that brings diverse perspectives and cultural insights to revolutionize how customers experience products online.
What You'll Do
Drive creative excellence and operational efficiency across UK studios while collaborating with global Creative Directors to ensure consistency and innovation
Partner with international peers to share best practices, cultural insights, and creative approaches
Lead and develop multi-disciplinary UK-based teams while leveraging global expertise and resources
Shape local creative strategy within our broader international vision
Ensure seamless integration between UK operations and global initiatives
Build strong relationships across our international network of creative hubs
Balance local market needs with global standards and practices
Champion cross-cultural creative solutions that can scale across markets
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of creative leadership with experience in international environments
Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with creative peers across cultures
Excellence in people management with demonstrated success in leading diverse teams

A day in the life
You'll Split Your Time Between Strategic Leadership And Hands-on Operational Guidance, Working With Creative Teams, Operations Managers, And Global Stakeholders. Typical Activities Include
Leading creative reviews and strategy sessions
Analyzing performance metrics and developing improvement plans
Collaborating with international peers on best practices
Mentoring team members and driving talent development
Engaging with stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
About The Team
Our creative hubs are at the forefront of redefining online shopping experiences through innovative visual storytelling and cutting-edge technology. We operate a network of state-of-the-art studios staffed by world-class creative talent, working together to set new standards in digital content creation.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 10+ years of professional experience in creative operations, content production, or related field
* 5+ years of people management experience leading diverse and cross functional teams
* Experience managing multi-million pound budgets and resources
* Track record of leading large-scale creative or production operations
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units
* Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in international or multi-cultural environments
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership
* Track record of driving technological innovation
* Experience in digital content creation and e-commerce
