About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and dynamic Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a diverse range of sports, fitness activities, and health-related education.
* Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that promote skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness for all students, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
* Coach school sports teams and contribute to the extensive extracurricular sports program.
* Assess student progress in practical activities, fitness assessments, and theoretical work, providing constructive feedback and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physical Education.
* A good understanding of sports coaching principles, fitness training methodologies, and health education.
* Experience coaching a variety of sports.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
* A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and the empowering impact of physical activity.
