Do you have a passion for helping children with additional learning needs? We are looking for a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to join our team. About the Role: Provide tailored support to pupils with ALN including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties to help them access the curriculum. Provide 1to1 or small group support when required. Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents. Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience supporting children with ALN (desirable but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring service) check or willingness to obtain one. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
