With 4,800 certified field service engineers, 25 000 lockers installed (1.3 million doors) and 150 installs each week across Europe you will be joining a large team spearheading Ricoh's drive for performance and efficiency. What You Will Be Doing: As one of our Smart Locker Technician Trainee's you will be fully trained through our 2 year programme to perform efficient installations, maintenance and repair services on our Smart Lockers located across the outlined field based areas. You will ensure our Smart Locker customers receive outstanding service and embrace the Ricoh core value of Customer Centricity.
