The Senior CRM Executive is responsible for building and scheduling weekly and ad-hoc editorial and marketing emails in alignment with our fast-paced email marketing calendar. This role will also involve providing regular updates and reports on email campaign performance to the Head of CRM and across the wider Bauer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Building and scheduling weekly editorial and marketing emails
* Building and scheduling ad-hoc emails for commercial and research
* Booking in emails for newsletters, marketing and commercial
* Support scheduling emails across commercial
* Provide teams with reporting on specific campaigns and setting up automated reports.
* Deliver weekly progress reports for newsletter and affiliate marketing activity.
* Provide support on CRM projects – including the set-up of customer journeys, campaigns and data requests.
* Provide operational support for data capture platforms, including data ingestion, troubleshooting, system administration, and user support.
* Process data protection requests including subject access requests.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in email CRM systems
* Experience in working across multiple CMS systems
* Desirable – experience in using image editing software e.g. Photoshop
* Desirable – a working knowledge of HTML.
