Manufacturing Manager (Chemical / Semi-conductor Manufacturing, ISO9001)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Understand Silver conductive paste and manufacturing processes
• Arrange purchase of raw materials and support PO preparation
• Arrange purchase of consumables and parts of equipment
• Schedule manufacturing products
• Operate manufacturing and inspection
• Arrange disposal and recycling items
• Lead and motivate members to fulfil schedules, improve control costs and quality
• Improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing members to use best of their skills
• Handle/address defective items and products
• Support to create and contract specification of raw materials and consumables
• Mass transferring and check quality of initial products
• Communicate with local and overseas vendors
• Manage equipment check and maintenance
• Arrange/support for purchase and installation of new equipment
• Create and review procedure, check-list of equipment
• Understand internal systems to handle materials
• Communicate with system members in HQ
• Conduct inventory of raw materials and products
• Comply with ISO9001 quality system and improve daily activities
• Create own and member's objectives/goals
• Interview with team members for evaluation
• Cooperate with R＆D members
• Troubleshoot problems/issues
• Communicate with building owners and government agencies
• Enforce health and safety precautions
Job Requirement
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing
• Preferably Chemical, or Semi-conductor manufacturing background
• Proficient in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Person who is patient, flexible, and independent
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
