We're supporting a leading property management team in London who are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Property Management Administrator. This role sits at the heart of the residential management function, ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication and high-quality service across all tenancy-related activity.

The Role - Property Management Administrator
As the Property Management Administrator, you'll provide essential support to the Property Management Director and Senior Property Manager, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth tenancy processes and strong coordination across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Tenancy & Utilities Management
Register new managed tenancies with utility providers and close accounts at end of tenancy.
Request final bills and follow up with utility companies where needed.
Issue termination correspondence and manage check-out bookings.Property Visits & Compliance
Book property visits and liaise with tenants regarding access.
Assist with arranging compliance certificates and coordinate appointments accordingly.
Upload check-outs, certificates and reports to Salesforce and OneDrive.Documentation & Communication
Produce accurate, well-presented documents: emails, letters, reports, agendas and minutes.
Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Support communication with clients, tenants and applicants when required.Reporting & Systems
Generate regular reports from Salesforce as needed.
Maintain digital filing and ensure up-to-date record keeping.Team Support
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist the Property Managers with project tasks, queries and coordination.
About You
You will excel in this role if you are:
Experienced in admin or team assistant roles (property management experience is a plus).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, positive and personable.
Competent across Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce (beneficial but not essential).Why Join?
