Your new role
My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join and support a localernment organisation in two locations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10-4pm. A fantastic opportunity if you have an interest / passion for history or enjoy going to museums.
Key duties include:
1. To ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to and report any issues to the Centre Manager/appropriate teams
2. Record all accidents / incidents in line with the organisation's policies
3. Where required, respond to out-of-hours alarms and emergency call-outs as keyholder
4. Organising and running daily activities
5. Dealing with customerplaints and queries
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience of working in a customer-facing role
7. Experience working in a similar role desirable - Duty Manager, department manager or supervisory role
8. Experience of dealing with queries andplaints is essential.
9. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to take a fair and balanced approach when resolvingplaints
10. Access to your own car with full driving licence
11. Flexibility to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
12. Keyholder experience desirable -
