King's Academy College Park is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of our school site by carrying out a wide range of practical duties. We are seeking someone who is reliable, flexible and takes great pride in keeping our school's environment safe, clean and welcoming for our children and staff.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
* Has excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures.
* Has experience in site maintenance and acting as a keyholder, ensuring the security of the buildings and grounds.
* Has strong communications skills and can liaise effectively with contractors, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed to a high standard.
* Is self-motivated, proactive and able to multi task, prioritise and manage their own work load
* Can undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks and problem solve when necessary.
* Will ensure that the site, including footpaths and playgrounds, is safe and free from hazards
* Has the ability to work under pressure at times, to meet deadlines and to cope with interruptions.
* Can be flexible and is willing to undertake adhoc work to enable the school to function appropriately.
* Commit to the security and safeguarding arrangements according to school policies.
* To maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
