We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background and have experience in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following menu specifications.
* Support menu planning, specials, and seasonal dishes.
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet standards.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
* Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Creativity and passion for producing high-quality food.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
