Job Description
What does the role look like?
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supplier Quality Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Supplier Quality team and the wider business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on supplier performance, compliance, and business success.
Don’t have direct Quality experience? That’s fine — we can teach you that. What matters most is your ability to drive team activities, stay organised, and bring a detail-oriented approach to everything you do.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
* Own the Supplier Approvals process – ensuring suppliers remain compliant with business and industry requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
* Manage supplier communications – tracking, allocating, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain strong and productive relationships.
* Champion compliance – upholding the Quality Management System, associated processes, and procedures to ensure best practice at all times.
* Turn data into insight – generating clear, actionable metrics to support reviews, decision-making, and supplier performance improvements.
* Enable collaboration – developing positive relationships across internal teams and external suppliers, supporting colleagues to deliver their best.
Job Requirements
What will you bring to the role?
Essential skills:
* Excellent organisational & communication skills
* Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally to the business.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office Tools
Desirable skills:
* Experience working in the regulated industries
* Knowledge of Export Control
* Supply Chain Experience
* Past exposure to using SAP
