Prepare, cook, and present a variety of food dishes to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
1. Complete daily hygiene records, deal with suppliers, order stock, and ensure all ingredients are available to prepare menu dishes.
2. Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with food hygiene standards.
3. Delegate duties to KP to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
4. Ensure the cooking area is always ready and thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift.
Skills and Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of chef experience in a busy kitchen environment.
2. Ability to develop new menu ideas.
