The Team
You'll join our Operations Directorate, working within a collaborative Facilities Management function that ensures our future sites operate safely, efficiently and effectively. We focus on seamless service delivery, strong stakeholder engagement and supporting major new facility developments.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator (Industrial FM) to join our Operations team, reporting into the Facilities Project Manager. You'll play a key role in coordinating high‑performance facilities services across new facility developments, ensuring smooth transition into business‑as‑usual operations while supporting safety, quality and service excellence.
Key Deliverables
We'll need you to:
* Coordinate facilities services, inputs and requirements across future property projects to ensure best‑value service models.
* Support contractor management, including RAMS coordination, BMS data requests, and day‑to‑day supplier interactions.
* Manage purchasing activity, including raising purchase requisitions and monitoring expenditure against budgets.
* Assist with HSE compliance, risk assessments and ensuring safe operational standards across all activities.

Essential Skills / Experience
– Understanding of Facilities Management principles.
– Knowledge of building compliance and regulatory requirements.
– Strong administration and purchasing capability, including MS Office and (ideally) SAP.
– Awareness of RAMS, HSE processes and risk management in a facilities environment.
– Experience using CAFM or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (desirable).
Location & Ways of Working
This role is flexible, with a primary base at one of our UK locations, Manchester, Warrington or Derby. Occasional travel to project sites may be required, with hybrid working available in line with team needs.
What's In It For You
we anticipate offering salary between £30,000 - £39,400, a £2,200 benefits allowance, 7% bonus opportunity, 6× pensionable life assurance, income protection, 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a £250 new‑starter payment.
