We are looking for a SEND Early Years Educator to join our team in Kettering, supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) so they can thrive in an inclusive environment.

How You’ll Make a Difference
* Assist children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential
* Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs
* Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive
Requirements
* Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
* Excellent understanding of EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
