Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Brighton? We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic professional to join our friendly and supportive nursery team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and early years education for children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children’s learning and development through play
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Observe, assess and record children’s progress
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working in an early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with children
