Personal Assistant to MD (Construction / Property) Wembley, NW London | Full-time | Office-based | £32,000–£37,000 Our client — a successful, family-run construction and manufacturing company based in Wembley — is looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support their MD. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll help manage a busy inbox and calendar, coordinate meetings, follow up on tasks across teams, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a close-knit team of 10 in the office. We are looking for someone with great PA skills, a dedicated approach and an engaging and friendly manner to compliment this busy but lovely MD. Ideally you will have some experience in construction but this isn’t essential. The role Manage the MD calendar, meetings, emails, and priorities Chase and follow up with internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, presentations and internal review packs Support day-to-day project tracking and documentation Assist the wider team with occasional admin You Previous PA or admin experience (construction/property a strong advantage) Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable following up with others Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work on-site full-time in Wembley (Parking available) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but extremely successful company with a strong reputation in the industry.
