The School Immunisation Team is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their team as a Student Vaccination Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting the operation of the school-aged immunisation service in local schools.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with children, young people, parents and carers. You will also possess strong organisational skills, be able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.About the RolePromote and support the operation of the school-aged immunisation service in local schoolsDeliver childhood nasal influenza programmesContribute to the identification and immunisation of home-schooled children and those in Pupil Referral UnitsAssist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of health promotion and education activities related to the Childhood Nasal Influenza Immunisation campaignYou will also be required to undergo mandatory training provided by the company, including Safeguarding for Children, BLS, Anaphylaxis and Infection Control. A DBS check will also be required.
