THE ROLE
The HR team provide a generalist HR service covering the full employee life cycle to all employees within UK and some countries based in Europe. As the function becomes aligned with the global people strategy, its been identified for there to be an additional resource to support the Head of HR to implement key initiatives in-line with the regional people plan for UK and Europe; these initiatives are aligned with the global people strategy, with the aim to provide a more efficient and streamlined HR service to all leaders and employees with EU UK.
We are seeking a results-driven HR Business Partner to lead and support a number of HR-related projects across the organisation. This role requires a high level knowledge and experience of HR technical skills. The successful candidate will lead and support change and transformation HR projects.
This role is dedicated exclusively to project work and does not include day-to-day operational HR responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting the Head of HR, the post holder will develop and deliver HR projects aligned with the regional business strategy and global people plan, whilst analysing HR data and metrics for the region
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Provide expert guidance on employment law, policy development, and compliance within project scope.
* Develop and deliver training and/or communications related to project outcomes.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Proven experience in HR project management and HR technical acumen
* Experience of managing an HR ERP system (i.e. HR Fresh Service) and an HR system (i.e. ADP)
* Proven knowledge of UK Employment law
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
