Role Overview
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you'll provide personal and practical support to clients in their homes, ensuring their wellbeing, comfort, and independence are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, companionship, and support in line with clients' care plans
Assist with meal preparation, medication, and mobility where required
Offer emotional support and encourage independence
Keep accurate and timely care records
Report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing
Travel between clients' homes (mileage paid)
What We're Looking For
A kind, caring, and compassionate attitude
Good communication and reliability
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
Must be eligible to work in the UK
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable
