Working closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams, youll ensure smooth and efficient handling of consignments while maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end sea freight shipments (FCL & LCL) Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers Handling customs documentation and compliance processes Monitoring shipments and providing regular updates Resolving queries and ensuring a high level of customer service Supporting continuous improvement within operations About You Previous experience in sea freight imports (essential) Good understanding of shipping documentation and customs processes Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment A proactive, team-oriented mindset WR Logistics are the 1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
