As a Host at 12th Knot Rooftop Bar, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive. Your warm and engaging personality will set the tone for their experience as you greet them with a smile and assist with seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their seats, providing assistance as needed.
Manage the seating rotation to ensure efficient use of space and timely service for all guests.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing recommendations as required.
Monitor the waiting area and communicate estimated wait times to guests effectively.
Collaborate with the bar and service teams to coordinate seating and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operation of the rooftop bar.
Salary £11.44 p/h plus tronc
