Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Leeds for a Technical Sales and Customer Service Specialist. The role involves processing sales orders, providing technical sales support, assisting customers with inquiries, offering technical product guidance and troubleshooting and addressing customer service requests. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer experiences, ensure smooth operations, and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping clients select suitable products and resolving any technical or service-related concerns.
Qualifications
* Technical Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to understand and effectively sell technical products
* Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent client satisfaction
* Technical Support knowledge, with the ability to explain, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer use
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a dynamic environment
* Previous experience in the heating or technology sector is advantageous
* Relevant educational background or technical certifications are a plus
