Assistant Site Manager : New Build Housing

Were currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a new build housing site in Queensferry. Youll be supporting the Site Manager with the day:to:day operations on a busy, live site delivering high:quality 2, 3 and 4:bed homes.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing trades and subcontractors on site
* Ensure homes are built to a high standard and in line with NHBC and H and S regulations
* Support in driving the build programme to meet targets and deadlines
* Carry out quality checks, snagging, and ensure a clean, safe working environment
* Liaise with customers and maintain a professional, approachable presence
* Complete daily site paperwork, toolbox talks, inductions and reporting
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing
* Up:to:date CSCS card
* SMSTS
* First Aid certificate
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using tablets, site management systems, and completing reports
