Your new role
As a Multi‑Trade Operative, you’ll carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void social housing properties. Typical duties may include carpentry, plumbing, basic plastering, painting, tiling, and general property repairs. This is a temporary contract offering up to £ per hour, working independently across the Worcestershire area. You’ll be expected to manage your own workload, attend scheduled appointments, and ensure all work ispleted to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience as a multi‑trade or maintenance operative, ideally within social housing
2. Strong skills in at least one core trade, with the ability to carry out additional minor works across others
3. Own van and tools
4. NVQs or City & Guilds qualifications in a relevant trade (beneficial but not essential)
5. A professional approach, goodmunication skills, and the ability to work independently
6. A full UK driving licence
