Job Description
What you’ll do
Our care assistants support clients to live safely and supported in their own homes by following individual care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and medication support. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
