Your new role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from inception topletion. You’ll assist senior project managers with planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing a range of capital works projects.
2. Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3. Monitor budgets, timelines, andpliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
5. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience in construction or project management (public sector experience desirable).
7. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
9. Knowledge of project management principles and relevant legislation.
10. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
