Blnker is a growing recruitment and talent platform supporting UK SMEs to hire better and smarter. We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Recruitment Administrator to support our clients and help deliver a great hiring experience.
This is a flexible, part-time role, ideal for someone returning to work or looking for long-term part-time hours around family or other commitments.
The Role
You'll manage day-to-day recruitment activity for a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring roles run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing client accounts
Posting and managing job adverts
Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
Liaising with clients on candidate progress
Coordinating applications and interviews
Occasionally running screening calls
Tracking activity and performance
Supporting retention and spotting upsell opportunities
About You
You'll likely have some recruitment or talent experience and enjoy working in an organised, people-focused role.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent
Is highly organised and reliable
Communicates confidently with clients and candidates
Is comfortable using digital tools
Is genuinely seeking long-term part-time work
Location & Hours
Around 10 hours per week (2–3 hours a day across 3–4 days)
Some set weekly availability, with flexibility
Must live within 30 miles of Taunton
Monthly meeting at our Taunton office
