We're working with a purpose-led organisation undergoing an exciting evolution in how it engages and retains its customer base. As part of this transformation, we're looking to appoint an interim Customer Marketing Specialist to join a newly formed strand focused on deepening relationships with existing customers through targeted, insight-driven communications.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on lifecycle marketing, understands the nuances of retention strategy, and enjoys crafting campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and commercial outcomes.
The Role
You'll be joining a collaborative marketing function that's placing customer experience at the heart of its strategy. Your remit will span proposition reinforcement, timely updates, and promotional activity—ensuring customers are informed, engaged, and making full use of the organisation's offer.
Key focus areas include:
* Driving retention through benefit-led messaging
* Delivering timely updates and content across digital channels
* Promoting events, publications, and other commercial products to existing customers
What You'll Bring
We're seeking an individual with a solid understanding of customer marketing principles and a proven track record of delivering results across digital channels. You'll be comfortable working with CRM platforms, email tools, and social media, and you'll know how to segment and target effectively.
Experience:
* Customer marketing or lifecycle-focused roles
* CRM, email marketing, and digital campaign delivery
* Journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting strategies
* Writing and editing content across digital channels
* Campaign reporting and performance analysis
