Key Responsibilities
As the Care Manager / Registered Manager, you will:
1. Lead the regulated activity and act as the Registered Manager with CQC
2. Ensure full CQC compliance, governance and care standards
3. Manage day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service
4. Complete client assessments, care plans and risk assessments
5. Oversee quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement
6. Support recruitment, training and development of Care Professionals
