The Role
Over the next three years, the goal is to establish the Executive Search division as a market leader, making it one of the most influential and high-performing areas of the business, while complementing the continued growth of our graduate divisions.
You will lead the division, taking responsibility for client relationships, team development, and operational excellence, while helping shape the company’s overall strategy. There is no individual target for this role, although you will be expected to contribute to the team through candidate placements and client acquisition when required in line with hitting the overall divisional target.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Executive Search division (UK & US)
* Ensure teams have the resources and headcount to consistently meet targets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including re-engaging lapsed accounts and identifying new opportunities
* Coach and develop team members to support career progression and promotions
* Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates
* Drive divisions toward relationship-driven, quality-led agreements including exclusive and retained contracts
* Contribute to the company’s overall strategy and growth plans
