Role Summary
Rivian is looking for a High-Volume Contract Recruiter to help build our Field Organizations across the country and inspire a shift towards renewable energy. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the field businesses and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we meet the hiring targets of the teams. This individual must have full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments across multiple functions and regions.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with hiring managers to help build Rivian's field organizations, targeting high-performing candidates in hard-to-fill areas.
2. Support high-volume recruiting for non-exempt roles in several markets across the country.
3. Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
4. Create strategies to achieve hiring targets in alignment with headcount obligations.
5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g., Business Field Leaders, HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities, etc.).
6. Work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and influence action.
7. Conduct interview training with new managers and provide ongoing coaching to ensure interviewing compliance.
8. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve organizational efficiency continuously.

Qualifications
1. 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; a combination of agency and corporate experience is highly preferred.
2. Experience handling a 30+ req load in a field-based or high-volume environment with multiple hiring managers across different regions.
3. Proven success in managing, prioritizing, and closing jobs against tight timelines.
4. Creative, resourceful, and out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to source top talent outside of generic job boards.
5. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
6. Ability to run recruiting reports, interpret data, and create strategies in partnership with the business.
7. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity.
Pay Disclosure
Hourly Rate for California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Washington DC Based Applicants: $40-$50 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
