You will have the attention to detail, the approachability, initiative and the people skills required to encourage and drive both business and personnel development across the organisation and contribute to the continuous improvement of human performance. Inspiring and leading Operational Excellence, Personal Development and Business Improvement activity across the AASC contract, you’ll also be responsible for supporting the business to achieve Operational Excellence maturity and to implement positive change throughout the organisation.
