Keyline is the backbone of transport construction, supplying the building materials that bring everything from mini-roundabouts to motorways and railways to life. We are seeking a highly energetic, commercially aware sales leader to command one of our busiest branches in Birmingham.
This is a critical, high-impact role for a sales professional with a proven civils sales background ready to drive significant revenue and lead a focused team.
As the Branch Sales Manager in Birmingham, you will be at the heart of our operation. Working closely with the Branch Manager and Regional Sales Director, you will execute a strategy designed for the unique demands of the buoyant West Midlands infrastructure market.
The Role: High Energy, High Reward
* Focus: Drive sales and maximize opportunities, with a strong emphasis on the civils, drainage, and groundworks sector.
* Team Leadership: You will directly lead and mentor two sales reports, ensuring accountability and equipping them to hit challenging sales targets.
* Branch Growth: Leverage the branch's busy Tool Hire department and existing turnover to grow market share by focusing on existing, lapsed, and new customer business.

* Civils Expertise: You must have a strong sales track record, ideally gained within a civils sales, merchanting, or related construction materials background.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team, with experience managing direct reports.
