Beaconplus are a management consultancy providing our clients with cost management services. Our services cover a wide range of business expenses, including telecommunications (fixed lines, data and mobile phones), energy, water and business rates.
Any successful applicant that performs well during the apprenticeship period may subsequently be offered a permanent position with the potential opportunity to progress onto further qualifications and areas of the business.
The role involves:
* Answering phone calls
* Checking client bills for accuracy
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best contracts and prices for clients
* Communicating with clients and suppliers via email and telephone
* Organising documentation, including logging documents on the clients' database records
* Ongoing monitoring of clients' costs/bills and calculating savings
* Obtaining client meter readings via email/telephone
* Resolving client account issues
* Using software (spreadsheets and database) to record and analyse client data
* Filing
You will be working towards a level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard. All training will take place at the workplace via tutor-led training from 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts.
