18. Who will you be supporting?
19. We are 2 ladies who live at this house and our ages are from 47 years to 60 years. We both have a range of mental health, health and support needs and have a trained staff team to support us.
20. What is important to the people that we support?
21. We live independently and enjoy different activities to experience as we have our own car.
22. One of us is an active Bingo club member and enjoys socialising and meeting new friends.
23. One of us makes her own decisions day by day where they would like to go
24. Both ladies has 1 to 1 support
25. It is important to us both to have individual continual personal attention and make our own choices including our daily menu plans and it is important for us to have patient, understanding, caring staff who are experienced in supporting people with mental health.
26. Both ladies have a great sense of humour, so they are looking for someone that would enjoy having a laugh with them
27. 1 lady is a smoker.
Other important information?
28. We have individual 1; 1 support during the day and share 1 waking night staff. Shift patterns are 8am till 8pm, or 8pm till 8am
29. We require continual individual attention and support.
30. Staff must have a fun loving personality, caring, have patience and understanding as part of their support approach.
