As an experienced supervisor or team leader, you'll be a vital part of the team, leading by example and actively participating in daily operations. Hours: 30 per week, flexibly scheduled across store opening hours, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends.
Opening hours: Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm), Saturday (7am to 6pm), Sunday (9am to 4pm).
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team as a host, setting an example of excellent service, understanding customer needs, guiding them to the right products, and making shopping easy.
- Ensuring store standards are maintained, including cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
- Working as part of a team that takes pride in their store, collaborates well, and enjoys their work.
Ideal candidates will be experienced supervisors or duty managers accustomed to managing small teams in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and continuous improvement. They should be passionate about the business, friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
