You will provide high quality administrative/business support within the Health and Social Care Partnership, with a particular focus on governance and compliance. You will be an effective communicator with good attention to detail.
Your main duties will include recording and processing of complaints, subject access and freedom of information requests, monitoring shared email inboxes and answering telephone calls from the public and other professional agencies. In addition, you will assist with the preparation of meeting papers, reports and correspondence. The role also includes minute taking, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, photocopying, processing purchase orders and any other duty required to support the service.
*Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 20% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
