About the Role As an Employer Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong employer relationships across Hertfordshire. You will convert warm leads generated through marketing activity into active partnerships, ensuring employers are fully supported to engage with apprenticeships, workforce development programmes, and curriculum co‑design. You will act as a trusted advisor-helping employers address skills gaps, build talent pipelines, and access training solutions tailored to their needs. You will also gather employer insights to shape curriculum planning and support employer‑led activities such as guest lectures, work experience, and industry projects that enhance the learner experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B engagement, sales, or recruitment who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the skills and training sector. Key Responsibilities Employer Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, acting as their main point of contact. Lead Conversion - Convert marketing‑generated leads into active partnerships and identify opportunities for repeat business. Business Development - Promote the organisation's apprenticeship and workforce development offer. Curriculum Collaboration - Gather employer insights and support employer involvement in curriculum design, guest lectures, and work experience. Compliance & Quality - Ensure employer agreements meet funding and compliance standards. Reporting - Track KPIs, monitor conversion rates, and report activity to senior stakeholders. A clean driving licence and ability to travel across Hertfordshire. Confidence in decision‑making, problem‑solving, and adapting to change.
