Band 2 - 3 Clinical Support Worker - Recruitment Event

The closing date is 11 June 2026

Are you committed to delivering the highest level of patient care? Do you treat colleagues, patients (and their visitors) with courtesy, consideration and dignity? If your answers are yes, then read on!

NCIC is excited to announce a volume recruitment drive for Health Care Assistants needed across a variety of departments and locations in our Trust. We will be holding an interview day in Carlisle on Friday 26th June 2026. In order to be considered you will need to be available on this day and also for training. If you are unable to commit to this date then unfortunately alternative dates will not be available. Interviews will be focused on our values of kindness, respect, collaboration and ambition.

At NCIC we are passionate about your development and are offering placement onto a development programme should you not meet all of the essential criteria for this role. So whether you're new to Healthcare or an experienced individual we want to hear from you.

If successful you will be allocated to a department (preferences considered but not guaranteed).

These vacancies are for contracted hours full or part time where available (bank applications need not apply).
