As a Team Leader, you'll give day‑to‑day support to your team, ensuring they consistently provide great service to everyone who visits the café. This busy, lively place will require adaptability, a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude, and a desire to provide outstanding service. You’ll manage front‑of‑house duties, deal directly with guests, serve food and drink, maintain accurate displays and signage, and occasionally help the kitchen team with food preparation. You’ll also supervise induction and training of colleagues, building a dedicated team that delivers memorable service. No experience is needed, but the role offers training in allergens, food safety and further professional development if you wish.
