Duties · Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using traditional methods and modern techniques. · Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents as necessary. · Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications for optimal consistency and performance. · Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve smooth finishes on all surfaces. · Collaborate with other tradespeople, including masons and carpenters, to ensure seamless integration of plasterwork with other construction elements. · Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork, including patching holes and cracks.
