Do you have experience working within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment? We are actively searching for a Client Liaison Administrator to join our team in East Malling on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Client Liaison Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our advisors and clients, requiring adaptability to change and the ability to manage various queries and challenges effectively.

What you’ll do as a Client Liaison Administrator:
1. Provide support to Advisors by monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries, and requests.
2. Follow standard procedures and workflows via XPLAN.
3. Assist with preparing cases for paraplanning.
4. Process all sales-related paperwork from submission to completion and ongoing administration for investments, pensions, and protection.
5. Participate in operational meetings to discuss workloads, raise concerns, and identify opportunities.
6. Maintain awareness of company policies, practices, and procedures.
7. Keep records according to Kingswood standards.
8. Prepare meeting packs and gather information for annual reviews.
This list is not exhaustive; you may be asked to undertake other tasks as reasonably directed by your line manager, with appropriate training provided.

* Effective communication skills to liaise with departments including Paraplanners, Advisors, and Clients.
* An interest in working within Wealth Management/Planning.
* Preferably, experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
* Exceptional client and relationship management skills.
