The Opportunity We’re seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the team at this award-winning property. Working closely with the Head Chef, this is a key leadership role in a 2 Rosette kitchen that celebrates craftsmanship, sustainability, and calm professionalism. The right candidate will bring both technical skill and creativity — helping shape menus that reflect the property’s sustainable ethos while maintaining consistency and excellence across all services.
