We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing field sales team within the Free Trade channel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded leader with a passion for people development and a track record in driving regional growth.
? The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your mission will be to lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver growth across volume, margin, and value — all aligned to a clear commercial strategy.
? Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive performance across your regional P&L
* Lead from the front with structured coaching, regular field days, and 1-2-1 development
* Grow OBV while ensuring account retention and new business targets are consistently achieved
* Build capability within your team, empowering them to succeed and grow
* Communicate and activate strategy at a local level
* Ensure flawless execution of brand plans across your territory
* Foster a culture of clarity, trust, and accountability
? Role Scope
* Team leadership: 9 direct reports
* Budget: Indirect impact on wider Free Trade commercial performance
? Stakeholder Relationships
You’ll work closely with internal sales leadership as well as key regional customers.
About You
* Proven experience in a field-based sales leadership role (ideally within FMCG or drinks)
* Strong commercial acumen and confident managing a P&L
* Exceptional communicator with natural coaching and leadership skills
* Comfortable balancing short-term targets with long-term team and business growth
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
