Ensure that change control, software validation (if applicable), and system documentation meet internal and industry standards. Manage test plans and oversee functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure robust performance post-upgrade. Coordinate cutover planning, rollback strategies, and go-live support with fab stakeholders to avoid production downtime. Establish KPIs and success criteria for post-implementation performance monitoring and stabilization. Report regularly to project sponsors and leadership with clear status updates, risks, and escalation items. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in semiconductor manufacturing environments. Direct experience managing MES system upgrades, migrations, or enhancements, experience of PROMIS is desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of semiconductor fab workflows, lot tracking, tool integration, and cleanroom production constraints. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification. Hands-on experience with MES system configuration or module customization. Knowledge of fab-specific tools and environments (e.g., AMHS, APC, EAP, FDC systems). Experience working with compliance and traceability requirements in the semiconductor industry. Understanding of database systems and integration middleware used in fab IT ecosystems. Key Competencies: Deep understanding of high-mix, high-volume manufacturing. Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong risk management and contingency planning skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
