NEC4 Project Manager needed in Oldham, £60phPAYE - Reference: 000A 88A3 / 1
* Lead on the planning, programming, and project management of funded highways projects from inception to completion.
* Manage commercial and contractual obligations under NEC4 contracts (preferably Option B Priced Bill of Quantities).
* Oversee and coordinate external contributors and stakeholders integral to project delivery.
* Produce and maintain construction programmes aligned with capital and funding requirements.
* Represent the Client in consultations, public meetings, and cross-departmental or external collaborations to ensure successful project outcomes.
This is a Full time role on atemporary contract basis.
