4. Enter payroll data into the payroll input spreadsheet, including hours worked, overtime, allowances, new starters, leavers, and any contractual changes.
5. Calculate employee sick pay entitlements in line with current legislation and internal policies.
6. Maintain up-to-date payroll records, ensuring all amendments are correctly captured.
7. Liaise with the external payroll bureau to resolve queries in a timely manner.
