What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead and inspire the Clinical Team, ensuring safe and effective care provision. * Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Services to implement strategic plans and drive continuous improvement. * Oversee pre-admission assessments, clinical care planning, and guest consultations. * Facilitate clinical education groups and liaise with external services for comprehensive guest support. What We’re Looking For: * Registered Nurse with NMC Registration. * Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting (equivalent band 6 or above). * Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, guest-focused approach. * Excellent understanding of medication management and regulatory compliance. * Desirable: Leadership qualifications, root cause analysis training, and a passion for addiction recovery.
