Overview
Here at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, we are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide senior HR support to our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. This is a Band 8a, full-time role. You will report directly to the Head of HR and will be part of the wider Workforce and Organisational Development team. The role is within the Workforce and Organisational Development function of the Trust, responsible for supporting the IFM team and directly working alongside their operational managers to contribute to the delivery of the Trust's and IFM objectives and strategy.
Your role will be to provide professional HR guidance and advice in relation to all staff groups in the Trust, including medical staff. You will be an experienced HR practitioner, CIPD qualified or with equivalent experience, and you will be able to demonstrate a sound track record of advising and working with managers on people management issues. You will also support IFM on wider projects such as Culture and OD interventions and long-term strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities
* Provide senior HR support to the IFM team and work alongside operational managers to contribute to the delivery of Trust and IFM objectives and strategy.
* Offer professional HR guidance and advice across all staff groups, including medical staff.
* Demonstrate CIPD qualification or equivalent experience and a proven track record of advising and partnering with managers on people management issues.
* Support IFM in discussions involving wider projects such as Culture and OD interventions and long-term workforce planning.
* Apply excellent communication and influencing skills, interpret workforce metrics, and drive improvements.
* Utilise in-depth knowledge of HR policy, workforce issues, change management and complex casework.
* Form effective working relationships at all levels, quickly build rapport, and operate effectively in a busy NHS environment, prioritising competing demands.
* Align with the IFM, estates and facilities team as key partners supporting the Trust to meet needs through efficient management of the estate and facilities.
* Engage in transformation, service redesign and culture change work to improve health and social care services for Bolton residents.
Qualifications
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience with a sound track record in advising and working with managers on people management issues.
* Experience of providing HR guidance across all staff groups, including medical staff.
* Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce metrics and drive improvements.
